Simply select our Floor plan group, (or highlight the the desired elements in the Model tree) and select menu File -> Export, and select the Autodesk DXF. Various sources seem to suggest that it's supposed to resize with zooming in and out or after you draw objects, but even if I save, quit FreeCAD and reload the file, it comes back the same as it that screenshot. The problem is that I cant see the ortho mode in order to do a precise horizontal or vertical lines. Optionally change the working plane and/or the grid. For general information about snapping see Draft Snap. Snapping the second point of a line to the grid. Right now, I only see finding it in the tree and double clicking it.
